Thirteen times the sales in twelve months
A licensed ceramics and home brand
Several hundred licensed products, barely selling, and the advertising was not what was wrong with it. Products missing from Amazon entirely. Products listed twice, competing against themselves. Products paying oversize FBA fees on measurements nobody had ever checked, and a few priced so low that Amazon made more on the sale than the brand did. That is money leaving on every order, and ad spend only makes it leave faster. So we fixed the foundation first. We price Amazon above a brand’s own website rather than under it, so the channel wins new buyers instead of poaching the ones the brand already had and nobody’s stockists get undercut by the brand’s own listing. Licensed catalogs also carry restrictions most agencies will not touch: products that cannot be sold in certain countries, products that cannot be sold at all, rules about how a product may even be photographed. We work through those one at a time. Then we turned the advertising on.
