and what we do with it.

Who we are

Lijo Decor is an Amazon agency based in the United States. You can reach us at yitz@lijodecor.com or on 862-303-4040. If you want anything on this page actioned for your own data, either of those reaches a person.

What you give us

There are two places on this site where you can hand over information, and both are forms you fill in yourself.

• The contact and audit form. Your name, email address, company, what you sell and where, and whatever you write in the message box. We use it to answer you and, if it goes further, to prepare an audit of your Amazon account.
• The newsletter box. Your email address, and nothing else. We send a confirmation link first, and you are only added to the list when you open it, so nobody can sign you up.

Alongside each submission we record the time, the page you sent it from, your browser's user-agent string and your IP address. That is there to block automated abuse and to work out what went wrong when a message does not arrive.

What we do with it

Inquiries are stored on the server this site runs on and read by our team. Newsletter addresses are kept in a separate list on the same server. We use both to talk to you about Amazon and about working together.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. The only third parties that ever see it are the companies that run our email and our website hosting, and they see it because they carry the message, not because they get to use it.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries: kept while we are talking, and for two years afterwards, so we know the history if you come back.
• Newsletter: kept until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the foot of it.
• Abuse and rate-limiting records: a rolling window, no longer than 24 hours.

Ask us to delete your details and we will, and we will tell you when it is done.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no Google Analytics here, no advertising pixel, no Meta or LinkedIn tag, and nothing that follows you to other sites.

Two things do reach outside the site and you should know about both:

• Our web host. The pages are served by GoDaddy, and GoDaddy adds its own performance-monitoring script to every page as it serves it. That script sets three cookies in your browser (_tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit and _scc_session) and loads a file from img1.wsimg.com. It is theirs, not ours, we did not put it there, and we do not read anything it collects.
• Typefaces. The site loads its font from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google sees your IP address when that happens.

The web server also keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, in the ordinary way that every web server does.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU or UK you have those rights under the GDPR; if you are in California you have them under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Email yitz@lijodecor.com and we will deal with it within 30 days.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored outside the public part of the server, so they cannot be fetched by anyone visiting the site. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your data.

Terms of use

The words, images, designs and case studies on this site belong to Lijo Decor. You are welcome to read, quote and share them with attribution. You may not republish them as your own or use them to train a commercial model without asking us first.

Figures shown in case studies are real results from real accounts, taken from each brand's own reporting. We identify those brands only by category, because we do not publish a client's name without their agreement. They describe what happened for those brands and they are not a promise of what will happen for yours. Amazon results depend on your product, your pricing, your inventory and your category, and a good deal of that is outside anyone's control.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or accounting advice. We are not affiliated with Amazon; Amazon and its marks belong to Amazon.com, Inc.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we change this page and move the date at the top. There is no archive of old versions, so if a change matters to you, keep your own copy.
