Lijo Decor ("Lijo Decor," "we," "us," or "our") provides Amazon account management, advertising, creative and related services to brands. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal information when you visit services.lijodecor.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. The Terms of Use that follow govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. We collect the information you submit through the Site's forms:

  • Inquiry and audit request forms: your name, email address, company name, the sales channels you use, the range your monthly Amazon sales fall in, the topic of your inquiry, and the contents of your message.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address.

We also collect any information you choose to include when you contact us by email or telephone.

Information collected automatically. When you submit a form, we record:

  • the date and time of the submission and the page it was sent from;
  • your IP address and your browser's user-agent string; and
  • how you arrived at the Site: the page on which you arrived, the referring website (where your browser provides it), and any campaign parameters or advertising click identifiers contained in the link you followed, such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid, li_fat_id or msclkid.

Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, the pages requested and the time of each request.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your inquiry and, where requested, prepare an audit of your Amazon business;
  • communicate with you about our services and a potential engagement;
  • send the newsletter, where you have subscribed and confirmed your subscription;
  • measure which of our marketing campaigns and referral sources produce inquiries;
  • detect and prevent spam, fraud and abuse of the Site, and diagnose technical problems; and
  • maintain business records and comply with our legal obligations.

Where the law of your jurisdiction requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on your consent (for the newsletter), on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (for inquiries and audits), and on our legitimate interests in operating, securing and marketing our business.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We disclose personal information only:

  • to service providers that operate the Site and our business on our behalf, including website hosting, email delivery and email hosting providers, who may process it only to provide those services to us;
  • to comply with a legal obligation, court order or lawful request from a public authority;
  • to protect the rights, property or safety of Lijo Decor, our clients or others; and
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Inquiries are stored on our web server and in our customer relationship management system, which we operate ourselves and which only authorized personnel can access.

4. Cookies, Local Storage and Tracking Technologies

The Site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, pixels or tags. If we add any, we will update this Privacy Policy before they are used.

Local storage. When you arrive at the Site, a script saves the arrival details described in Section 1 (arrival page, referring website, campaign parameters and click identifiers) in your browser's local storage under the name lijo_arrival. This information stays in your browser and is sent to us only if you submit a form. It is not sent once it is more than 90 days old, and it is replaced on your next visit after that. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Hosting provider. The Site is hosted by GoDaddy, which adds its own performance-monitoring script to each page. That script sets the cookies _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit and _scc_session and loads a file from img1.wsimg.com. We do not receive or use the information it collects.

Fonts. The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. The Site's forms will continue to work.

5. Email Communications

You are added to our newsletter only after you confirm your subscription through the link we send to your email address. Each newsletter will include an unsubscribe link, and you may also unsubscribe by contacting us.

6. Data Retention

  • Inquiries and related correspondence are retained for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward, or longer where the law requires.
  • Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Records used to limit the rate of form submissions are retained for no more than 24 hours.
  • Arrival details held in your browser's local storage are used for no more than 90 days, as described in Section 4.

7. Data Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored outside the publicly accessible part of our web server, and our customer relationship management system requires an authenticated login. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and to opt out of marketing communications.

  • California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and will not be discriminated against for exercising them.
  • Residents of other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws have the rights those laws provide.
  • Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us as described in Section 12. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you use it from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

1. Intellectual Property

The text, images, designs, case studies and other content on the Site are owned by Lijo Decor or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share the content for your own non-commercial reference with attribution to Lijo Decor. You may not reproduce, republish or distribute it as your own, or use it to train a machine learning or artificial intelligence model, without our prior written permission.

2. Case Studies and Results

Results shown in case studies are drawn from actual client accounts and their own reporting. Clients are identified by category rather than by name unless they have agreed otherwise. Past results do not guarantee future performance. Results on Amazon depend on factors including product, pricing, inventory, competition and category, many of which are outside our control.

3. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

4. Trademarks
